Have you ever felt your brain drain after a long day? This can happen when you go through much stress and have to recall and lean on your short-term memory. In this episode, we will talk about brain drain and stress, and how it interacts together and can make it difficult for you to recall such things as remembering your keys in the car or remembering names, or faces.
We can overwork our brains often; it is how we use our brains throughout the day. Doing simple exercises can help you to decrease stress, but also stimulate your brain to recall things that you want much faster. When you build good habits that decrease stress, then it helps you to avoid brain drain. This then helps us to combat stress better and innovate for our organizations. Innovation is key because it helps us to drive for different solutions for our clients, customers and organizations.
